Deductions From Miners' Compensation

I am pleased that Raleys Solicitors have agreed with the Legal Complaints Service to write to all former miners who claimed against British Coal to ask them whether they would like to make a complaint about deductions from their compensation.

Claimants will be invited to write to the firm to claim money back equivalent to the deductions paid to the NUM. Raleys will then process complaints, and arrange for cheques to be sent. If anyone is unsure about this procedure please phone my office on 01909 568611.
